Reporting Mechanisms

→ We encourage immediate reporting of any inappropriate behaviour

→ Our leadership team is committed to fair and prompt investigation of all concerns
→ Retaliation against individuals reporting misconduct is expressly forbidden

Consequences

Violations of our Code of Conduct may result in:
→ Verbal warnings
→ Written warnings
→ Immediate contract termination
→ Potential legal action for severe infractions
